Lizzo

LizzoLizzo was a member of a rock-prog group in which she sang and played the flute. Her family had relocated to Denver which meant she was all on her own while she attempted to establish her career in Houston. Lizzo lived on her own in her car, often sleeping on the floor in her recording studio in the studio and washed in the gym. Her father passed away when she was just twenty-one. They had been close and it was a heartbreaking loss. Following the death of her father, she left the prog rock group. Following a brief stay in Denver in 2010, Lizzo moved to Minneapolis on the advice of a friend in 2011. In the next few months, she was part of the city's music scene. She was a member of the girl bands Chalice and GRRRL PRETY. The first album she released Lizzobangers came out in 2013 under an independent label.
